Okay, so the idea is to find out what are the best dates for the next GameDay up in the DC area. Check those that you can attend.

Go-go-go 22nd....

I could probably do earlier in October as well, but there would be the distinct possibility I'd have to drop out with little or no notice, and my momma brought me up not to do things like that :p

Just remember that to use the space at U of Maryland really requires a non-home football game weekend. Rodrigo posted the non-home game weekends for October in the other thread...but don't know how the other dates in the poll stack up against the football schedule...although you can check here:

Terps 2005 Football Schedule

It looks like 9/10, 9/17, 10/1 & 11/19 are all Saturday home game dates...

I thought you guys were going to try to get a site in Virgina this year?

If someone comes up with a spot that works as well as UMd for the price, I'm sure it'd be open for debate. The Terps gaming club subsidized part of room costs for the first gameday and all of the second. Hard to turn that down.

What he said...

I looked at a number of different venues when I spear-headed the organizational effort for the first MD-DC-VA Game Day and we couldn't have done it without the Terps Gaming Club and generous $ donations by a couple of EN Worlders.

I checked with George Mason, NOVA and a couple of other venues...but the U of MD was the biggest and the cheapest. If you can find a site that is comparable and cost-effective, I am sure people would be willing to look at a N. VA option.
