DC/VA/MD Dates - Which are good?

What Dates could you attend a DC/N.Va/MD GameDay?

October 29 actually works for me. Gives me lots of time to get a game ready, and there is less chance that it will get stomped on by my company's fall social.

My availabilty has become unpredictable these past couple of weeks. I certainly can't run a game. Essentially, one day is as good/bad as another.

Holy... how did I miss this thead?

29th looks like a good weekend to me, and I'll pass along the info to the DC-RPG yahoo group and more.

Should we start organizing the specifics yet? How many DMs/games/times/etc.?

Here is the information from another post...

We're not trying to ignore the ENworld community, we'd just like to make is more accessible to those outside the ENworld community. This includes the majority of the Terrapin Gaming Club. In previous events we've had club members who have been unable to find the signup thread and have overall been frusterated with being forced to register via ENworld. We also had some difficulties last time with the thread not being updated correctly, so we're going for an automatic system where there are fewer bottlenecks. We're using warhorn.net for the registration this year (http://www.warhorn.net/terpconfall2005/), which a few of us have used before (as attendees) and have really liked.

In all honesty if we had known that people were doing planning here we would have used that as a consideration when booking the room, but we can't make decisions based on things we don't know about.

Attendees can currently register and declare their intent to come, but slot registration is disabled for a period of no less than two weeks to give GMs a chance to set up their games (a few people made it in while we were setting it up and I just don't have the heart to kick them out). I encourage you to register if you're planning on attending so we have a better idea how many people to expect. Once again, if you'd like to run a game contact me or email terpcon@gmail.com and we'll get your game listed.

Well, we kind of already have. There's a lot of thread-hopping going on, but if you go to http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=146568 it has all the info you need to register as a player, or if you'd like to set up a game as a DM. I'm sorry about this, there are four threads going and getting all of them pointing to the right info is proving to be a little confusing. Is there any way to redirect everyone to a single thread and lock the others? One of the reasons we wanted to go to the registration website rather than signing up via the forums was to have a single point of contact we could send people to.
