DCs to become Ninja Gaiden

Not for a monk. My 14th level monk has a jump check +42. I can jump 21' feat long and 5 feet high without rolling and without running:)

Nah, I mean it's quite a distance to cover between two objects when climbing via wall-jump. As mentioned above, real people can do it, but they don't do it having to cross a room on each step.

even I can do it a little (not that much and certainly nowhere near 10'). I jump a lot and I still think the DC should get progressively harder :)

but not sarting at DC50... thanks ridiculous

hehe, somebody should just create an adventure that has like 8 famous ninja recreated in D&D, each player picks one and the ninja death adventure can begin! Ryu hayabusa and shinobi, fight side by side with rikimaru!

w00!

Wouldn't this just be a straight Jump check with a circumstance modifier if the walls are close together? Or a lower Jump DC because the walls are closer together and you can bounce off them easier?

I believe that simply having the doubling your jump check for not running 20' first is enough of a disadvantage. Though the Leap of the Heavens feat would take care of that.

Also, if making ninja characters you'd get an ability at 4th(?) level that acts as if you were running and had the run feat for jumping. Not sure if that's what you are referring to.
