DDEX 3-13 Question *SPOILERS*

Hey folks -

Yes, there is an updated version of this file that is inbound. I've applied a bunch of fixes (some small, mostly large though) - many of these updates happened for one of two reasons:

a) this adventure went through significant updates in two of the encounters between playtesting and release
b) this adventure was a first attempt at what would become the final template for season 4

Obviously, things were missed and got shuffled around. That said, it ain't gonna happen again.

This new version will most likely get posted once we get the first few bits of season 4 up and running (so, after March 4th). If you would like to discuss the adventure, please feel free to email me directly (warfteiner at hotmail dot com) with your thoughts/ questions!

As far as the Intellect Devourer goes - I ran this adventure last weekend, and the Intellect Devourer is mentioned in Room 3. Upon entering Rogue Thoughts chamber, the ID (and its host) turn on the party. To begin with, use the stats for the dwarf (she has a bucket of HPs, her own powers, and the IDs powers combined). When she nears death, I recommend have her retreat so that the ID can use its action to leave her body without risking being killed during the parties turn (IDs have very tiny HP pools and it requires an action to enter/leave a host). Then, I recommend the ID to either try to mind-melt a PC on its next turn (or if it is out of sight- take a hide action and wait).

Will the updated version be uploaded to the old site, so that those of us with the password can still get it for free, or will it only be updated on DMsGuild?
