DDI User Name: Does it have to be an email address?

Every time I log in to the DDI, I have give it my email address as my user name. Is there anyway to change that? I'd rather have a short handle as a user name that didn't include an @ and an _ (both of which are a hassle to type on my I-Pad).

I'd guess they require a valid e-mail address for security reasons, but for a definitive answer you're probably best off asking the question on the DDI Technical Discussion forum.

Nope, there is no way to change it. The way that it works requires you to use your email address attached to your DDI account.
