If they're coming from Hong Kong, could simply be unpainted minis en route to whether they get painted. The sculpts do look authentic. Are they legally on sale? Not sure.

"Gray market"... no pun intended, right?This could be extra material from making molds. Also, sometimes overseas suppliers make a few extras of this and that for the gray market, so this doesn't necessarily reflect materials left over from the beginning of the process.
