Is the payment system still FUBARed? I reserved a bunch of tickets and paid on PayPal 9 days ago. I have the email receipt, and the transaction shows as cleared in PayPal, but it hasn't updated the payment on my cart. To make matters worse, I discovered my friend was attending, so I tried to buy him tickets. I've added them to my cart, but the tracking system wants me to pay for all the existing tickets in addition to the new ones.
I'm not sure what to do about this. I've emailed support twice, and haven't heard anything back.

Questions
Is there any more information about what's going to be presented regarding digital tools? Are you just going to have a bunch of computers that people can use to try out the tools, or is there going to be a seminar or presentation, or something else? Haven't heard too much about the digitial tools recently and I am curious as to how these are going to be presented at DDXP.
Which parts of the digital tools will be available? D&D Game Table? Encounter Builder?
From what I've read on other boards it's expected to take 45 minutes or so to brief players on the D&D 4E rules for the Living Forgotten Realms previews. How do you plan on handling the 4E rules briefings for the D&D Delve, which only lasts 30 minutes total for a party (just curious)?
Someone from WOTC mentioned in a prior thread, quite some time ago, that attendees may have an opportunity to leaf through draft version of the PH, MM, and/or DMG. Carefully controlled, no doubt, since you don't want them walking away. Can you confirm if they're going to available for perusal?

That's why I hang around the boards. A problem I can fix now reduces your stress before a show and hopefully when you get to the show you have less worries and thus can enjoy the show more.
