Oh, maybe his will look better. my second column of stats is not the same width as the first etc. although I am going to try and fix that.

I think it is the same as the fighter's mark, where you take a -2 to attack anyone else.

It is a standard mark (i.e. -2 to hit anyone other than the person who did the marking).

I think that's my interpretation of what it says in This Pic (His Res). I just checked, and there is no restriction or recharge listed for Cascade of Steel, nor the "standard" abilities of an Elite. It seems, however, that I missed it having Immune poison and Vulnerable 5 radiant.
