If you are referring to Darrin Drader's Death Knight template, it appeared in Dragon 291 incorrectly credited to Rich Redman. A correction was printed in Scale Mail of Dragon 293 and it template was also included in the MM II.

And the MM2 version is slightly different. I wonder if that is the correction. (Doesn't matter, my death knights will be doing Con damage with melee attacks as per the LG version anyways.)

Uhm I thought it was 290...291 had just the 13 Death Knights...

But yes, Darrin was the guy who did the Template, not Rich Redman.
