Actually, stats for Lord Soth, including his near-unique race, will be printed in the 3e dragonlance campaign setting book, because the ravenloft book ommited all crunchy bits on NPCs IIRC.
What about the dl3e version. I mean, it was the setting that changed the death knight from being just another ignored race in the MM to a race as real to fans as demons, devils, or kobolds for instance.
3E version as the "Demonic Knight" in our Tome of Horrors which will be available on November 11.
