Death Knight

Does anyone know of any 3.5 source for the Death Knight? The only thing I can find that is 3E is the MM2.

I asked a similar question a while back. The Dragonlance books have a version of the Death Knight, but most people apparently go with MM2.

I believe that there is a Death Knight template in an issue of Dragon. I'm not sure which one, however.

Official Death Knight template is in MM2 and Dragon 290.

There are a lot of others out there.
