Deepwood Sniper - Keen Edge

Does anyone know where to find this ability? Is it a spell? How many times a day can it be used? One of my players wants to play one and this is puzzling everyone.

All arrows fired by a Deepwood Sniper of the appropriate level (I don;t remember which level) are keen. You shoot an arrow, and it is keen. Kind of like an Arcane Archer's enchant arrow ability.

1st level for deepwood sniper, as listed in 'masters of the wild', p.53
Keen Arrows (Ex): At first level, all projectiles the deepwood sniper fires behave as if they were keen weapons in addition to any other properties they might possess. Thus, a normal arrow fired by a deepwood sniper has a threat range of 19-20 instead of 20. This effect does not stack with any other keen effect.

However, it does stack with the feat Improved Critical.

I don't think Lord Vangarel is talking about the 1st-level ability "Keen Arrow", but rather the "Keen Edge" ability which is listed on the Deepwood Sniper's chart at level 6.

According to the (unofficial) MotW FAQ maintained at WotC's message boards, this is a typo/leftover from an earlier draft.

I was talking about the Keen Edge 6th level ability and that clears up the question.
