D&D 5E Defenders in 5th edition

Fwiw, I would say Strange is a Warlock, Hulk is Monk/Barbarian, Namor (from what little I remember about him) Would be a high strength fighter, with a little druid maybe? Don't know a lot of Namor. Ranger might work better...
I'm just pleased you know who the Defenders are. ;)

To really even slightly begin to do the Hulk justice, he'd maybe be a different race & class in each form. A human artificer as Banner; a Troll Berserker as the Hulk, perhaps...

Submariner was just the less-lame Aquaman. Aquatic, superhuman in the water, weaker the longer he was away from it. Ad to that, he had pointy ears, and sea-elf. ;) Class? IDK, depends on who's writing, I suppose. Ranger sounds nice though.

Warlock fits Strange's M.O. almost perfectly (the Vishanti are not that sinister, but aside from that). Give him an artifact (Eye) and a modest magic item (Cloak) and keep a straight face while you RP that they're both equally awesome, and you're there. ;P

That is easily covered by a Jekyll/Hyde curse, in which Hyde makes him 1 size class larger, but reduces his Intelligence by a lot. He later breaks the bad half of the curse, making him Big and smart.

I said Ranger to cover his aquatic/Nature abilities, and Fighter because I vaguely remember him having some fighting expertise, and superhuman strength.

I do not consider Warlock all that sinister anyway, though some may argue that Sorc fits Strange just as well (I would agree, his concept is fairly flexible.). He might even be treated as a low level wizard, gaining most of his power from his Powerful magic items (Most of which are clearly Legendary).

It is worth noting that most of the heroes in Marvel do not have high levels, and tend to punch WAY below their weight, mostly fighting commoners (with something like 9 HP IIRC.). Also, I only know who the original defenders are from IMDB, which I coincidentally looked at earlier today to try and find a release date for the show. it had a little trivia blurb about the original defenders.

Frank Castle (The Punisher)

Race: Human
