From what I understand, the penguins' "skunk works" is developing something called Anti-Scudninja Drop-Squid Technology. They also have a special team working on a new name for the tech so they can have a better acronym than ASNDST.

Not only is ASNDST visually clunky, it apparently causes uncontrollable gigglefits when someone announces over the comm, "OK, we're under heavy fire- I'm assin' dis!"
