Demon Classification

I am working on my bestiary for Nexus and I am trying to classify some things. Most of this stuff will be Abominations.
I've got the Outer Gods and Great Olds Ones at the top. They are definitely Aberrations. Below them I have Greater Demons - mostly large monstrous types. They are probably Aberrations. Then I have a series of Demon Races that I am taking from Buffy and Angel. There are also Possessing Demons like in Supernatural.
Are these Aberrations as well or are they Outsiders?

Wait I take that back! Possessing Demons are under Spirits already.
