Demonomicon: Baphomet

I liked this article a lot, mainly for all the new monsters (I really liked the exarchs, especially the Misbegotten, and the three new types of demons). Its interesting that they kept Pale Night around even if they made her connection to Baphomet less concrete than the 3.5e version; given the apparent lack of obyriths and the fact that Graz'zt is unlikely to be her offspring, I'm wondering how they will implement her in 4e.

Being the enigmatic, undeniably bone-chilling and spooky Mother Of Demons, Pale Night is a concept that's too good to pass up on. She was interesting when they mentioned her way back in 2e, and nothing sounds better than her having a form so horrid and alien that reality itself gives her a somewhat alluring form.

Awesome character. Oh what I would have given to write a Demonomicon entry for Pale Night. :)

This article offered up a great character/campaign concept, too: make a minotaur PC bent on destroying Baphomet and releasing the minotaurs of his influence (i.e., killing him at 30th level).
