Temple of Elemental Evil?

Princes of the Apocalypse, though the plot is heavily hacked up as its also merged with Ghosts of Saltmarsh and Court of the Shadowfey. We haven't left the complex at all. Honestly, I think the design with "allies" that barely tolerate each other, noisy waterfalls, lava falls, and metal forges makes it too easy to pull a short rest.

We spent ~4 sessions per temple in the upper floor and have cleared the lower floor in another 4. We play every other week for about 6 hours, so ~120hrs. Game 20 sessions and then cancel some for holidays/ anniversaries/ vacations /illnesses and you've spent a year plus.
