Our GURPS Dungeon Fantasy campaign was often playing two scenarios at once. The player of our wizard is quite often busy with other things on Wednesdays, so the rest of the party would play a different scenario on those occasions. The GM wasn't at all bothered about continuity details, and the party is definitely less capable without the wizard, and could do different scenarios. When the campaign went on hiatus, the no-wizard party were in the middle of a scenario, and today we went back to it. It's a Pathfinder scenario converted on-the-fly by the GM. Its title is apparently "Doom Comes to Dustpawn" and it concerns a crashed spaceship and cultists who want things from it. Today we met their leader and three generic cultists and talked to them a bit. The leader told us that the four cultists staying in the inn in the town of Dustpawn were working for her, and offered us rewards if we would go to the spaceship and retrieve something for her. We weren't entirely convinced this made sense, and asked what she'd do with the item. "Why, rule the world, of course. Hahaha! Hahaha!" "Sorry, m'am, we are neo-sensibilists." And the fight started. One cultist was eaten by a wall of tentacles she summoned; the other two fulfilled their aim of dying for the cult. She left through a black rectangle she summoned when the cultists were down, and the arrows started getting close. She left behind a journal that we can't read, but the cultists in Dustpawn probably can.
