Destiny's Tears--Nemesis's Rage

*The taij decides to continue ignoring this and picks up his cards again, with a glance to the barkeep. The barkeep, for his part looks to the bouncer, who has noticed Mhrazhar's tensed muscles.

"Lizard, yer bothering the customers, and we don't want no fights here," the barkeep explains to Mhrazhar, "I'm going ta have ta ask ye to leave."

*The bouncer looks like he's ready to enforce that request if Mhrazhar doesn't comply.*

Mhrazhar looks to the guy who is currently winning and says "Watch carefully, Human." Mhrazhar smiles wryly and says to his prey "Your time will come." and then leaves.

I will hide outside of the bar where I can see very well who enters and leaves. I will also check to see if there is a back door. While keeping an eye on the tear I wait for him to come out.

I will move on and see if the Tear flashes towards another Taij. If it does I will move to them in the mean time. I can hunt him down later, hopefully when the odds are more in my favor.

(OOC: Good call--those who hunt taij and go away, live to kill another day ;))

*Mhrazhar heads away until the Tear changes, which will indicate another of those with the curse mark is closer than the taij Mhrazhar just found. Once this occurs, Mhrazhar is able to narrow it down to a back-alley in the Labourer's Ward. He moves quietly, but he doesn't have to be too quiet because his prey is up ahead and being rather noisy, having apparently mugged and possibly murdered a man lying face-down in the muck and currently working on disrobing a screaming woman while laughing coarsely.*

*Though Mhrazhar does manage a modicum of stealth, the taij (unconfirmed by the usual methods but pretty obvious nonetheless) notices before the draconic avenger can get the drop on him. He shoves the woman to the ground and readies his blade, a shoddy-looking but still wicked longsword.*

(OOC: Mhrazhar's turn)

I am pretty sure I am out of smites for the day, having used it on the Praetorian.

Mhrazhar thinks to himself 'Accursedly aware Taij.' as he charges to attack.

*Mhrazhar slams into the taij hard with his claw, but not enough to defeat the foe in a single attack, and so the stalking Mojiin has to twist to the side to turn a quick and precise jab with the sword into a harmless deflection off his scales.*

(OOC: Taij takes 8 Damage, Mhrazhar's Turn Again)

Mhrahzar, HP: 22/30

Hissing "Taaaaaiiiiiiiijjjjjjjssssssss" Full attack while trying to press his back to wall if possible (5 step??).

*Though the taij manages to block one of the claws with his sword and leap out of the way of the Bite, the second claw bites deep into his side and the tail knocks him, unconscious and bleeding, to the ground.*

*The bewildered woman stares wide-eyed at the sight, quaking in fear. On the one hand, her attacker was just killed. On the other hand, an angry, hissing, bloodsoaked dragon is within ten feet, and who knows if it will go for her next!*

Hp: 22/30

I transform to my humanoid form and put my finger to my lips to silence her. I rip out the the mans throat with my claw to make sure hes dead, bow to the maiden, and then take off for the next. If the Taij has a cloak I will take that to wipe myself off. If I can find a place to purchase healing potions on my way to the next Taij I will do so.

Whew. One down and a forest load more to go.
