detect evil

i think i'll run this on a point scale kinda deal.

like the innate alignment and character type would set up a base number of evilness/goodness on a -10 to 10 scale, then modify through intent. -/+ 2 per alignment category, with -/+ 2 for racial type.

ie. detect evil on a barroom of people, one neutral evil bartender who overcharges the watered down beer is a -2, and with the intent of selling his kid into slavery on his mind, a - 5.
the chaotic evil demon prince would be a base of -8, -10 with the intent of hot tubbing in the blood of a ravaged kindergarten class.
