Hello,

We are almost done with the Dying Skyseer and my party got the Vellum from Gale and we are playing PF. They want to use the spell but we are not sure if any character actually can at this point. Here is the situation:

They wanted to go to Dawn Square the night before the rally and well none of them are a wizard. My take is that the Vellum is like a wizard book but not a scroll.

The party has an invoker(who cannot use it because she was never on cauldron hill), a sorcerer( but he didn't memorize the spell in the morning because they were just given it in the afternoon), a bard, and an Oracle.

Part of me thinks because it is also a cleric and bard spell that either of them could use it. any help would be great, thanks!

I would allow the vellum functions in a similar manner to a page of spell knowledge. Thus, either the bard, the oracle, or the sorcerer could use one of their spell slots to cast the spell.
