This book is designed for the use of players and Dungeon Masters. This book includes several new spells and feats including Babble, Razorpaper, Spray of Needles and Stunning Spell for example. This is a system for determining under which astrological influences a character is born. Each of the four birth aspects, year, month, week and day, unlocks a different set of abilities for a character. These abilities run the full range from bonus feat and skills bonuses to supernatural and spell-like abilities. Using this system will create characters that are slightly more powerful than standard starting characters.
