Diamond Warrior and Speed of Thought

Hey everyone, I've been looking into trying out the Diamond Warrior prestige class and I have a few questions. The first one is in regards to speed of thought. Do you gain the speed of thought feat over and over as a Diamond Warrior and does that just keep adding 10ft to your speed while you are focused? Also, in what book or source can I find the feat for inertial armor? Lastly, what route should I pursue build-wise for this class. I think it's pretty obvious that I'm going psychic warrior, but more importantly, I need to know how many levels I should dip for monk (one or two). I know I'll be taking the tashalatora feat to make sure I have an optimal unarmed strike, speed, and AC, so the only real advantage I see in taking two monk levels is that I will get an extra bonus feat and evasion at the cost of some power points and a delayed progression. The last thing regarding that is I need to know whether or not practiced manifester is a worth it to take. I think it is, seeing as I will get full use out of it in the long run, though I don't know what benefits it will provide just short of letting me spend more points on powers and increase durations for powers (not to say those aren't great, I'm just saying I can't think of anything else).

Thanks guys!

You might get more response in the D&D Legacy Discussion forum; that's where most pre-4e-specific rules threads live (and get responded to).

Not sure if the mods can move the thread or not.

You are playing 3.0? Because that was a 3.0 feat it can be found in Psionic Handbook (a 3.0 sourcebook).

Practiced Manifester is a 3.5 feat: Grants increased ability to spend PP, bonus PP (from higher manifester level) since Bonus PP based on manifester level, and duration, etc.

It will only add a little but every little bit helps.

Does your DM know you are using 3.0 stuff with 3.5 stuff?

Oops, I guess I'm still incredibly new to this place. Thanks whoever moved my post :D

As for the whole 3.0 and 3.5 issue, I was unaware that inertial armor was a 3.0 feat. I found Diamond Warrior on Wizards website in the Minds Eye archive and it said that all of the information was compatible with expanded psionics, so I assumed all of it's requirement were 3.5. For this particular DM, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get away with a little bit of 3.0 dipping as long as I talk to him first (which I'll be able to do once he returns from his trip this weekend).

Is anyone familiar with the Diamond Warrior prestige class? My biggest issue here is really how I'm supposed to interpret the speed of thought bonus feat class feature.
