And make sure they know about your deadline. They were VERY backed up around the beginning of the year. I think they've caught up somewhat, but I seem to remember hearing that they send out embroidery work and the embroiderer was still very busy. For your occasion, though, I'm sure they'd let your job jump to the front of the queue. Like everyone says, they're good people.

Once my ex-wife remarries next month and I can afford it, I'll be ordering bags to give as Christmas presents to everyone in my group. Highly recommended.
