Did I misuse Marketplace?

A few minutes ago I started a thread in marketplace where I said I was looking for old Endless Quest books and asking if anyone had any to sell. I just looked back and the thread was gone.

Did I break some rule of marketplace? I checked the rules and didn't see anything about it, so I figured it was ok.

Did I maybe just hit the wrong button and it didn't post? I thought that might be the case, but I wanted to check before I reposted it.
