I finally gave up on the WOTC community when they installed their new chat system, and refused to even acknowledge bug reports about it (such as the input bar losing focus every time you alt-tabbed out and back in again). That's when I realized that the people actually in charge of it didn't care much what the users thought of anything.
I don't have anything against the wizos though. Most wizos I've had contact with have been very nice people.
