Diehard Feat w/ Vitality/Wound Variant

Hi Folks,

I'm starting a new game soon, and I'm using a few UA variants, including the vitality/wound point system. I have some ideas on how to handle the Diehard feat under this system, but I'm wondering what everyone else thinks.
