Difference Between D20 Modern & Grim Tales

I 'm seriously considering putting my DND books to the side and using Grim Tales for my next project - a fantasy campaign set in medieval Europe.

I really think you will find that the Grim Tales engine will do a much better job than D&D in such a setting. I'm starting to phase things into my low-magic campaign and the improvements are, so far, marked.

Which one's better? Well, that's an easy question. Grim Tales wins hands down. However, if you already have d20 Modern and you enjoy it, then I don't really think Grim Tales would be worth the money.

I don't know about that. One of my favorite additions from Grim Tales is the telent-izing of D&D class abilities, and it makes a nice supplement for d20 modern AFAIAC.
