Different versions of ENWorld?

Ok this is odd. I have this set as a favorite in one place in IE:

http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/news/modules.php?op=modload&name=ENNews&file=index

When I go there - I see a version of ENWorld, with a slightly larger font, and a curvey design up the page and across the top.

However when I go to:

http://www.enworld.org

I see a smaller font and simpler design.

Why?

EDIT: This thread doesn't really answer you're question, but it does state the reason for any inconsistincies between the site. The cyberstreet adress isn't to be used anymore and thus the most likely conclusion is that it isn't updates... that or because you've selected another style in you're profile and cyberstreet doesn't recognise you're login and uses the default style.
