As if I wasn't already paranoid enough about your character's kleptomania, now you keep bringing up this doppleganger thing. If it turns out to be true, and you flat out told us (with a smiley), I am never going to trust your sarcasm again!

We also play it as written, meaning that only the caster loses an action. Really, it would have been very easy to state in the spell description that all are affected if that was the intention; this doesn't feel like a loophole to me.

Furthermore, I really can't see this overpowering the spell. Compare it to teleport, which is only 1 lvl higher but is FAR superior in almost every way, especially in tactical situations.
