I agree that this spell is better represented by Phantasmal Killer. It seems like a shady way to make an offensive divination spell out of an illusion one...

The basic mechanics seem sound. However, the flavor text needs work.

I didn't make it directly from PK though, I had the idea a while ago and wrote it down and fleshed it out.
