Dire Tiger doing unarmed strikes

Just by RAW (however, a ridiculous situation): If a dire tiger is doing a full attack, he *could* first attack 3 times with a non-lethal unarmed strike (which provoke Aoo) with a to-hit of 20/15/10 (he has BAB 12 and STR 27), and claw (now a secondary attack with -5 and only 1/2 STR bonus) and his bite.
Correct?

Of course I am thinking about a druid with one level of monk, where it will be a lethal unarmed strike. But the example above is interesting because there are other monsters with natural attacks which might start using unarmed attacks if they don't care about Aoo and the -5/secondary attack thing. If it's really better damage-wise shall not be discussed yet. You can calculate that in excel.

There would be a -4 for non-proficiency but aside from that it all sounds fine (if, as you point out, a little odd). :D
