Disappearing Feats

Over the last few days I've run across two feats that eventually become useless. One is over at Sean K Reynolds' site, "You have no power over me" , and the other is on the Dusk site- Know More Spells .

Anyone know of any other feats that eventually have no effect?

Weapon Specialization (Net) and it's cousin, Improved Critical (Net) come to mind.

I phrased myself poorly. I was thinking of feats that started out having some kind of effect (perhaps a dramatic one, like "you have no power over me,") but eventually fade away to nothing.

Toughness is close- it is useful at first level, but quickly becomes insignificant. It never disappears entirely, though.

I'm thinking Inertial Armor [Psi]. At first, a +4 armor bonus to your AC is really cool, but it never gets any better because you can't enchant or upgrade it. I think Bruce fixed that in Mindscapes, however.
