Disarm enchant

There was one in the WotC Arms & Equipment Guide (released before the 3.5 edition.) It grants a +4 bonus, though I can't recall if it's a +1 or +2 enchantment. I don't know if a DM would allow that stacked with the 3.5 version of Improved Disarm.

Disarming (+2): ignores opponents size opponents bonus from two-handed weapon and his weapon size.
CW p.134

EDIT: wrong description

EDIT2: it first appeared in Magic of Faerun p.138 (and gave a +1 bonus on disarm attack roles in that book).
I'm pretty sure there is somewhere weapon property that gave a +4 to disarm but I can't find it now. It was a 3.0 source I think.

You could also just put a normal +1 enhancement bonus on the weapon. That bonus helps with disarm attacks and every other attack -- and it increases damage, too. All in all, it's probably better to have a +2 weapon than a +1 weapon with the Disarm ability.

The Greater Magic Weapon changes this calculation. With a high level caster, you're better off with that +1 weapon with the Disarm ability -- and buffing up with GMW to increase the enhancement bonus above +1.
