Pathfinder 1E Disarm question

Am I reading the disarm rules correctly in pathfinder. Too disarm an individual with a 2handed weapon, you have to beat their CMD by 10?

Incorrect. "If your attack is successful, your target drops one item it is carrying of your choice (even if the item is wielded with two hands)."

The +10 thing is for two-weapon wielders, basically- if it's carrying an item in each hand, then by beating its CMD by 10 you can force it to drop both.
