Discern Location and Anti-Magic Field

Can Discern Location find an object or person currently inside an Anti-Magic Field? No magic works in the Anti-Magic Field, but Discern Location says only divine intervention will stop it. Thoughts?

Neither of these assertions is exactly true.

[AMF] is impervious to most magical effects...

and

(regarding DL)...a mind blank spell or the direct intervention of a deity...

So. DL specifically states what negates it, and AMF is not one of them. Also, DL is two levels higher, so when in doubt, let the higher-level spell trump.
