I don`t think it makes sense to forbid Bracers of Armor and Natural Armor Bonus to AC, unless this guy is a "Forsaker", giving up any kind of magic.
I know this is a balance issue, but it is a bad way to compensate for it. Neither Bracers of Armor nor Amulets of Natural Armor create any greater hindrance, so - no logical reason inplay for it.
Better reduce the extra powers.
From the old monk abilities, just let him have Unarmed Attack Bonus, Unarmed Damage, Speed and Stunning Fists, and some of the other abilities.

And than tone down the other ones.

Tweaked. Removed Natural Armor limitation. Bracers of Armor still screw you. All abilities cost more Stunning Attacks. Reduced Continued Monk Training.
