This might not be the final version. I know I recommended dropping the bit about non-humanoids, the bardic music bit, and the inclusion into the Travel domain. If you remember any changes made to this version, please tell me.

I'm just going on memory myself, but I;m pretty sure we dropped the travel domain due to confusion over whether it would replace the current spell or make that domain more powerful by having two options, brought it up to bard 1 for equalities sake, and dropped the performance requirements. I think the non humaniods went away too.

So, there are no very many new adventures are there? There are like 6 to 8 people idling in the RDI. I would run a game, but I have 2 D&D games and 2 d20 modern/future things to run. Not including playing in EN World.

first can someone tell me where my proposal
stands, is there any more I need to change.

also where does the councle of judges stand on
evil paladins? is it something thats allowed?
should I write up a proposal on it?

whats the skinny

Where would I submit material for aproval? A friend of mine and I are fleshing out the Freefolk gypsy caravan, and I think it might be interesting enough flavor to contribute to the world. (If not, it's at least a cool background, so no biggie).

Obviously an adventure would be nice, but no hurry. A little bit of Inn RP sounds quite fun.

Just start a thread, using the Proposal tag and something like "Freefolk Gypsy Caravan" as the subject line.

Spycat, the same goes for you, if you want to create an "evil paladin" (whatever you want to call it). Although in the past there has been a general feeling that LEW doesn't want new core classes, you could always try to persuade people to change their minds. (I personally don't mind new core classes, but I'm not a judge.)

Speaking of evil paladins, well, evil in general... was there ever a consensus made on DMs limiting their adventures to certain types of characters? ie, "no psionics" or "no evil" or whatever? I can make all my adventures do gooder kinda deals with no upfront guarantee of reward, but it would be easier to run the type of adventures I come up with and just say that I choose not to dm evil characters. (which, in the long run, the players would probably prefer.)

I thought we did get to the point where we decided that it was DM's option on whether to allow psionics on a certain adventure, although I don't think that appears in any of the "approved content" threads, just in the discussion thread.

I don't recall that any decision was made about anything else such as alignment.

If someone starts an adventure and says "No Psionics," with the current state of the Inn, they're basically just saying "No Lasair." That would be sad; don't make Lasair cry :(

Well, if someone comes asking for adventurers to do a job that generaly sounds good, and maybe even says "I can't offer a reward right now, but I need your help", you might not get any evil characters, or at least any evil characters who are "No reward, no help".

As for Psionics, I was a little confused about it even being aproved because Core 3.5 books and SRD technicaly only includes SRD books and not the XPH, which is strange.

If you're uncomfortable with psionics, read the characters that are available and brush up on their abilities before allowing/disallowing them (they can help with rules on how their powers work if need be, so can a judge). If you're just unfamiliar, you can get almost all the rules in the SRD (be sure to read the psionic skills section about Psionic Focus that is well hidden under the Concentration skill).

Actually, psionics are in the SRD.
