Disintegrate Critical Question

If a disintegrate spell scores a critical hit, but the target makes its Fortitude save, does the spell do 5d6 or 10d6 damage?

Also, as the spell is written, if a rogue/sorcerer uses it within 30 feet of a flanked or flat-footed opponent, does he also get to add sneak attack damage? If so, what if the target makes its save?

Thanks!

I'd say 10d6, despite the fact the target made the save, it is still damage done and that qualifies for a critical hit.

If the spell qualifies for SA damage the passed save will not counteract that fact and so it will do 5d6 (10d6 on a critical hit even with a passed save) and what ever amount of dice come from the SA.

A critical hit doubles the damage regardless what happens.
If the save is made its 10w6, if not very much damage.

Same for sneak attack. It is added after the whole save thing is resolved. so either 5w6 + Sneak attack or 20w6 (or whatever damage desintegration does, I'm to lazy to look) + sneak attack.
