Disjunction

Having some trouble resolving how items being affected by disjunction make their saves. First off, say a character is in the area of the disjunction, all his items must make will saves. Since this is a high level char, his will save will be better than the item's, so each item will use the character's will save (per the rules for an attended item). Here's my questions:

1. Do the items use the character's BASE will save, or his adjusted save (I.E. if a 20th level dwarf priest w/ wis 20 is making the save, do the items get +17 (+12 for levels, +5 for wis), or +19 (+12 for levels, +5 for wis, +2 racial vs spells). If he had a cloak of resistance +5, would they get the benefit of that, too?.

2. Assuming the items DO get all the bonuses, say the cloak of resistance fails it's save and gets disjoined. Do the rest of the items no longer get the bonus for their saves vs disjoining, or does this all occur simultaneously (i.e., roll for all items using same bonus, and then when done, items which failed are gone). As an add-on, say the character has Owl's Wisdom cast on them. Owl's Wisdom is automatically disjoined, so would other items get the benefit of it?

Mage’s Disjunction
Abjuration
Level: Magic 9, Sor/Wiz 9
Components: V
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Area: All magical effects and magic items within a 40-ft.-radius burst
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will negates (object)
Spell Resistance: No
All magical effects and magic items within the radius of the spell, except for those that you carry or touch, are disjoined. That is, spells and spell-like effects are separated into their individual components (ending the effect as a dispel magic spell does), and each permanent magic item must make a successful Will save or be turned into a normal item. An item in a creature’s possession uses its own Will save bonus or its possessor’s Will save bonus, whichever is higher.
You also have a 1% chance per caster level of destroying an antimagic field. If the antimagic field survives the disjunction, no items within it are disjoined.
Even artifacts are subject to disjunction, though there is only a 1% chance per caster level of actually affecting such powerful items. Additionally, if an artifact is destroyed, you must make a DC 25 Will save or permanently lose all spellcasting abilities. (These abilities cannot be recovered by mortal magic, not even miracle or wish.)
Note: Destroying artifacts is a dangerous business, and it is 95% likely to attract the attention of some powerful being who has an interest in or connection with the device.

1:

"An item in a creature’s possession uses its own Will save bonus or its possessor’s Will save bonus, whichever is higher."

It doesn't mention anything about just the base save bonus, so it is the total bonus of the possessor.

Since there isn't an order described for affecting magic items it will affect all items simultaneously, and all spells and spell-like abilities like a dispel magic's Area Dispel effect.
