Disjunction

I am running a game in which a lich cast Mordenkainen's Disjunction on the party. All in all it was not as bad as it could be, but a question did come up. I know if you put an extradimensional space in another, it rips and gets lost. But what if the magic is permanantly dispelled on that item? Do the ocntents get shunted into netherspace....or do they just plop out of the bag?

They get shunted to random locations on the astral plane. You can either dump the whole cache in one spot (convenient for the PCs), or take the more realistic stance, and every individual item gets dropped somewhere on it's own (down to the last individual copper piece). Stuff that's connected (like a BAG of coins) should stay together regardless, ofc.
