Dispel Magic & SR

If a creature has SR and some buffs (Bull Strenght, ....) and I cast a dispel magic to dispel the buffs.
Do I have to do a SR test ?
a) when I target him ?
b) when he is in the area?

Dispel magic is not subject to SR. See the spell description.

Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

Thus no SR in any situation.
