Generally bonuses from the same source do not stack.

For example, you cannot use Ray of Enfeeblement over and over to drop someone's strength to zero.

Based on that logic, I'd be tempted to say that the Temp HP from Divine Vigor do not stack. He could burn another turn attempt after taking some damage to gain more temp HP, though.

I think his question pertained to "all at once", thus rendering the issue about same source moot. Not having my book at work, I can't read the actual feat to see if that's a possible interpretation.

Right... BBEG knows the adventurers are on their way to him... so he's getting ready to die... the hard (for them) way.

...as a std. action, spend one of your turn attempts to increase your base speed by 10ft. and gain +2 temp hps per character level. Effects last a number of mins equal to CHR modifier.

The rules may be ambiguous, but I think the best interpretation is to not let them stack.

Stacking is bad enough with a simple Cha 12 Cleric. Think about what a Paladin or Anti-paladin could do. Want to see a 10th level Paladin with 200 temporary HP?

Key words there are "standard action" and "one of your turn attempts."

So, no, you can't use multiple turn attempts at once.

And, temporary HPs don't stack.

So, sorry, no, doesn't work, either way.

Agreed with kenobi65, the emphasis on "one of your turn attempts." However, creating a second tier feat Greater Divine Vigor might be a choice, albeit a heavy-handed one. :)
