D&D 5E Divisions of power: Spell lists

Wizards have the largest, most versatile and ultimately the most powerful spell list. They even dwarf other arcane casters' lists. But this is balanced by wizard weaknesses in other areas (lack of armor and weapon proficiency, horrible HP, dependency on a spell book, costs money, time and effort to find spell scrolls to inscribe into spellbook, etc.). I would be very hesitant about giving their spell list to other classes.

The rest of the full spellcasting classes (cleric, druid, bard, sorcerer, warlock) are more even in terms of their overall power level. Switching lists could be worth experimenting with.
