I wish I could celebrate by playing. My group and I parted ways about three years ago and I haven't been able to find new people to play with since. Granted, the three year break from DMing has been refreshing - I was working on seven years straight. Talk about burnout!

Anyway, tonight I plan on turning my collection of atmospheric music up and emmersing myself in a novel I'm writing for a few hours. It's the closest thing to gaming I can get these days.

I think I will celebrate after work by blowing off working on my assignments for the class I am taking and instead prepare for the game session I have scheduled for next Saturday.

It's also my son's birthday, so I don't run games on GM's Day. Maybe when he gets older that will change, but right now I take the night off if it is a game night.

Same here. Big developments for my group and my first try at mass combat. Should be fun.

Yep, tomorrow is the usual game day, although I am getting together with a couple of my gaming buddies and their SOs for a meal this evening, so gaming will undoubtably come up

And tomorrow is the Great Piratical Adventure, YAR! Can't ask for more than that!
