I have some news concerning my RPG helper program, DM Genie (which was first mentionned here less than 1 day ago).
Wizards of the Coast has contacted us and has asked us to resolve some issues with compliance to the Open Game License. We will discuss the problem with them and will hopefully be able to arrive at a reasonable solution that will preserve the useful functions of DM Genie while complying with the OGL.
Until then, DM Genie will not be available to download.
I got into programming DM Genie with the desire to make a good program that will make people's gaming easier, and I hope I can still accomplish that goal while satisfying all the lawyers at WotC.
Thanks to all, I hope I'll be able to post again soon, saying that DM Genie is available again!
