DM Screen

Mostly out of curiosity, what do your DM screens look like, or do you have them? If you would be so kind as to reveal your great secrets about what you put on your screen, or simply attach a screen, it would be nice. Thanx.

I have two screens:

1) The 3.0 screen, with a bunch of charts taped on the back to update to 3.5 (taken from reference sheets found on Enworld, although I can't find them now).

2) The Eberron Screen, bought more for the map, used more frequently because it's not as tall and I can see more of the table.

You know those thick foam boards that the kids buy for their science fair project?
Here is an image of one.
I picked one of them up and cut it down to size, making a crenelated top so it looks like a castle. On my side I printed out rules info that I like to have as easy reference and taped them there. The players have a pencil drawing of a castle... haven't gotten around to coloring it.

I use the Eberron DM Screen. I've probably only looked at the charts 5 times though. It is more used to screen maps and rolls.

Foam Boards? I made mine out of wood. Three sections of wall, two towers (I use the top of one to store minis and the other for dice) set up in an arc and your ready to withstand siege.

LOL I'm waiting for some guy to say, "wood? HA! I made mine out of stone blocks." Then someone'll be challenged to make a screen out of dark material from the plane of shadows.

Maybe someday someone will create a screen that I actually ever remember to use. How many other people have spent time looking through the books to find an obscure rule only to discover it staring them in the faces from the bottom left corner of the DM's screen?

I use the 3.5 screen that came bundled with an issue of either Dragon or Dungeon a few years ago.
