D&D 3E/3.5 DM'ing Pathfinder - What's Different from 3.5E?

Little combat things. Casting concentration rules are different. It is much harder to cast while grappled, for example.

Note that pathfinder versions of monsters can be very different from 3e ones. Compare the same CR succubi, for an example. Pathfinder monsters are usually fine to use out of the box for their CR without advancing or templates.

It wasn't easily found. It isn't included in many of Paizo's/Pathfinder's search results.
