DMs and Player's Powers

Well, for me, keeping up with the monster's powers and tactics is about all i can handle, and sometimes i botch that. I mean, there are many times in the heat of combat where i flat out forget to use an at will or encounter power for a bad guy, or use it in a poor strategic way. I can't effectively think about what wild cards the players might be holding to thwart my bad guys. And they're always holding something up their sleeve, whether it's a daily never used or a magic item they just got. But this will probably change as i get more familiar with the system and the ways powers intermesh.
