So an increase from 14 to 15 do not cost 2 points but only 1. an increase from from 15 to 17 is not 3 points but only 1 and so on. Thats the reason for the max of 18 (and only 1 of those) This means that Jasper have 3 more points (although any alterations are allowed)and Valen have 4 left (alterations are also allowed)</blockquote>
